Programs & Project Management

Rock Island District's Programs and Project Management Division provides resource analysis, evaluation, and management services in support  of a wide variety of water resource needs and goals, support to military and emergency missions, and other requested support for customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Key components of performing this mission include managing District programs, developing and defending budgets, managing projects, providing Geographic Information System (GIS) support, and preparing and editing technical reports and documents.
