The Corporate Communications Office is the principal point of contact for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Rock Island District. Corporate Communications is responsible for ensuring that the public is informed about the District's activities and about the priorities and policies of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The office offers a variety of services, including news releases, public and media queries, community relations, crisis communications, media relations, support for briefings and presentations, web page review, social media and speakers. Other responsibilities of the Corporate Communications Office include internal information, brochures, photojournalism, displays, media training and assistance in special events.
