    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District (District), proposes to demolish the existing 8,000-square-foot Lake Red Rock Administration and Visitor Center and restore the site near Knoxville, IA. The District received funding in the Fiscal Year 2022 Bipartisan Infrastructure Law to design and construct a new administration and visitor center complex, including new access roads, parking, landscaping, electrical, sewer, and water utilities.
