The Rock Island District Small Business Program ensures that small businesses have the maximum practicable opportunity to participate in Rock Island District acquisitions through contracts or subcontracts. The District's program provides outreach to inform small businesses on how to do business with us.
The Program also provides advice and assistance to the Rock Island District workforce on all aspects of the Small Business Program. The involvement of small business concerns in our military and civil works programs is vital to the mission of the Army and to the nation’s economic prosperity.
