The River Resources Coordinating Team provides a mechanism for all federal and state agencies with management or regulatory responsibilities along the Mississippi River and tributaries in the Rock Island District area to facilitate the coordination of their programs and activities. It also allows other interested parties to express their concerns and views to the agencies.
