There are three ways to become an Illinois Waterway Jr. Ranger.  Visit the website below, download the smartphone app for Android devices or print off and complete a Jr. Ranger booklet and earn your own Jr. Ranger badge. 

Computers or Apple Devices

2. Complete the virtual badges
3. Bring a picture of your completed virtual badges into the Illinois Waterway Visitor Center

Android Devices 

1. Visit: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.toursphere.usacejrrangeradventure and download the app
2. Complete the virtual badges
3. Bring a picture of your completed virtual badges into the Illinois Waterway Visitor Center

Print off a USACE Jr. Ranger Booklet

1. Download and print the Jr. Ranger booklet
2. Complete seven or more activities in the booklet.
3. Bring your booklet to the Illinois Waterway Visitor Center and demonstrate how to correctly put on a life jacket
