Lock & Dam 21 Recreation Area

Lock & Dam 21 is located at 909 W. Lock and Dam Road in Quincy, Illinois. It offers a day use facility with an outdoor boat and wildlife viewing observation deck, restrooms, and picnic area. Tours of the Lock & Dam can be scheduled by contacting the Muscatine Ranger Office.
