To recognize all the Army civilians of the Rock Island District who work tirelessly through the longs days and nights of the holiday season, District Commander Col. Steve Sattinger joined Operations Division Chief Tom Heinold on a single-day tour of all 12 Rock Island District lock and dam sites on the Mississippi River.
