Hinckly, Ohio celebrates them, and Coralville Lake does too. It's the sixth annual Turkey Vulture Festival at Coralville Lake. This will be a family event, so bring the kids.

The Turkey Vulture Festival will have something for every member of the family. Fun games and crafts for the kids plus informative displays and exhibits from a variety of local environmental organizations will be entertaining as well as informative. Funny Face Designs by Lori will be working their magic with some fantastic and free face painting for the kids. Spotting scopes will be available to use compliments of the Iowa City Bird Club members.
