If you are looking for a few nights of good old fashioned camping, then Bulger’s Hollow Recreation Area is your stop.  With 23 non-reservable campsites, this park is small in size but offers one of the best views along the Mississippi.  There are no electrical hookups in the park and also no water borne restroom facilities, but there is drinking water available.

An on-site volunteer host is present to assist visitors with questions and registration in the summer months.  The park offers a sewer dump station, vault toilets, a boat ramp, playground, picnic sites, a picnic shelter, horseshoe pits and a small gravel boat launch.
