Lock & Dam 11 is a day use facility offering an outdoor boat / wildlife viewing observation deck, restrooms, and picnic area.

Walking tours of the lock & dam are held Memorial Day through Labor Day weather permitting. Contact the Dubuque Ranger Station for more information.
