The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, HAS REISSUED Regional General Permit 26 for work associated with emergency reconstruction and repair activities in all waters of the United States (including rivers, lakes, streams and wetland areas) in the State of Illinois within the regulatory boundaries of the Rock Island District, St. Louis District, Chicago District and Memphis District, under the authority of Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899 (33 USC 403) and Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 USC 1344).
