The purpose of this Special Public Notice is to inform the general public that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Rock Island District Regulatory Division (Rock Island District) is modernizing our public notice notification/distribution procedures.
Beginning immediately, we are transitioning from a public notice email notification system to a Really Simple Syndication (RSS) Feed system. If you wish to receive Rock Island District public notice notifications and review instructions on how to subscribe to an individual RSS Feed categories please visit our website at https://www.mvr.usace.army.mil/Missions/Regulatory/. Click “Subscribe to Public Notices” towards the left side of the page.
Individuals previously registered to receive public notice notifications via email will continue to receive mail and email notifications through September 30, 2024. However, if you wish to continue receiving public notice notifications, after September 30, 2024, you must register for RSS Feeds notifications.
