The Engineering and Construction Division (EC) collaborates with a leading team specializing in exceptional civil, mechanical, electrical, hydrologic & hydraulic, geotechnical, structural, and environmental engineering analysis, design, and services. 

We provide expert services for the construction, operation, maintenance, and remediation of diverse water resource, infrastructure, and military projects to meet the needs of District customers, partners, and stakeholders. 

The team oversees all construction program requirements, including contract administration, quality assurance, construction management, and technical services.
