    Quincy, IL - The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Mississippi River Project announces that the Quincy Park Rangers will be teaching an Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IL DNR) Boating Safety Education Class. The eight (8) hour class is free and course subjects include: Basic boating safety; Equipment requirements; Motorboat registration and titling; Illinois boating laws; Navigation; Personal watercraft (PWC); and Emergency measures.

Shady Creek will open on April 11, 2014 for first come first serve users only. Reservations will be honored beginning on our regularly scheduled opening date of May 2nd.
