    The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers Mississippi River Project announces the early opening of Shady Creek Recreation Area, due to the extended closure of Clark’s Ferry. Shady Creek will open on April 11, 2014 for first come first serve users only. Reservations will be honored beginning on our regularly scheduled opening date of May 2nd.
