 As a member of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and a professional public servant, there may come a time when you will be asked to talk about what you do for our country. Many of you, some more than others, will have this opportunity thrust upon you as a subject matter expert. Even if you've never spoken to the media and never will, every employee is a Corps spokesperson. As a Corps and federal employee, what you say and do around friends and relatives, while shopping, dining out, or wherever you may be, can reflect upon the integrity and reputation of the Corps and the government.

Generally, if you work in one of the areas listed below, you should complete this training at a minimum.  Although employees in these job categories are encouraged to have media training, all employees can benefit from this quick course. After this course, if you are interested in advanced media training, contact the Corporate Communications Office.
