Saverton, MO - The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Mississippi River Project announces that Lock and Dam 22 boat ramp and parking lot will be closed to the public from December 2, 2013 through March 14, 2014 due to major construction to Lock 22. The nearest boat ramp to access Pool 24 during this closure is within the DuPont Reservation Conservation Area, owned and operated by the Missouri Department of Conservation. A news release will be sent out when the boat ramp re-opens for public use.
