Corps seeks public input on revised Coralville Lake Reservoir Master Plan

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District is finalizing the Master Plan for Coralville Lake Reservoir and is seeking public input. A digital version of the plan and a video outlining changes are available for review at: https://www.mvr.usace.army.mil/Missions/Recreation/Coralville-Lake/Master-Plan/.

A virtual open house will be hosted Wednesday, Sept. 7, at 5 p.m. to offer a question-and-answer opportunity for the public and to gather feedback about the updated plan. Details on how to submit comments and participate in the virtual public open house are also available at the website listed above.

Master Plans are a vital tool used to guide responsible stewardship and management of public lands administered by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. These documents provide direction for appropriate land management regarding the use, development, enhancement, protection, and conservation of the natural, cultural and man-made resources at USACE civil works projects throughout the country.
